Refund Policy

Once the order is placed, it is possible to edit or cancel if you did not choose personalization. If you did choose personalization or a personalized product, it won't be possible. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order you can contact us directly at support@shopyearly.com

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • If your order has been packaged or it a personalized journal it is not possible to make any type of refund.

Damaged Products

  • For all products that arrive damage we send a replacement no questions asked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
  • Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?

  • Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid.
  • If you did not receive any email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder.

Additional information

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.Â
